I have a Sahara 150 (still waiting for Blade stickers STU)lol, and I have read on here before that you need to adjust the valves after a while. How long does one wait, and what is involved in adjusting them? My buggy runs great now, and I believe that if it ain't broke, don't fix it. What are some signs of the valves needing adjusting????

Typically, they will get harder and harder to start. Especially when cold. Adjusting the valves is easy. I've got it down to a 15 minute job. Take off the passenger seat. Take off the valve cover. Take out the timing inspection plug. Turn the engine over until the timing mark is where its supposed to be. Which is the point of the arrow on my KPX's. Make sure the rockers are on the flat part of the cam. If not turn the engine over another 360 degrees. Then set the lash to .003" on the intake. And .005" on the exhaust.
