Got home from a long ride to find my overflow coolant tank fell off somewhere. Id already had to plastic weld it to keep it from leaking, now that I must buy a new one, looks like every place is out of stock, anyone know where I can find one or something different that I could use?? Thanks

I assume you could find one that you could fit in the spot of the original without any problems. I believe I had gotten mine off of BuggyPartsNW but they are also out of stock. I would look into contacting them about when they will be in stock again.

You can check for the overflow coolant tank from a TrailMaster 300 XRX. I suspect they use the same one. Soon a machine goes out of production like the Hammerhead 250, parts are harder to find. I know I've been out of that tank for a long time now and didn't have time to find a replacement yet.

You could go with a Joyner metal overflow tank and clamp it to your frame using the proper diameter u-bolts that fit your frame tube:

E650.04.02.02.00

Dorman has a universal plastic bottle: 603-001

Aluminum and stainless 800ml tanks start around $20

Ended up putting a civic overflow tank on there, fit perfectly, unfortunately discovered I've got a small leak in my front radiator, any suggestions for an inexpensive replacement, I've already fixed a previous leak on this one with the jb weld trick

I used that radiator stop leak with some success. Some folks say to not use that stuff, but I haven't had any problems.
