Hammerhead 250 has milk for oil after about 3 minutes of run time. Replaced the head gasket, but it's still taking on water. Although there is no sign of oil in the coolant. Any suggestions on next steps?

Thanks!
Water pump seal? Pinhole in the cylinder around the water jacket?

Did you flush/clean all the water out after changing the head gasket? Just wondering if there was any water left in there that contaminated the fresh oil?
