Max out of Canada is the best resource for these parts now. It was also called the Ace Maxxum 250 when sold through big box dealers. https://www.buggynews.com/sandspider-65 ... 18564.html

Here is where you can pick up the manuals: https://hammerheadperformance.com/techn ... nual-tab-5

Center caps, I am out of the new one. I probably do have some used one but they won't be in good shape. I'll check.

Front Fender, if you mean the plastic fender, they are the same as the 150cc go kart.

Kill Switch, it's as simple switch that when you push it, it close the contact. I don't carry this specific one but I'm sure if you search around you will find the same switch use on anther model.

Speedometer, did have some new one, all out now. All those speedometer are the same inside. You might find a cheap one and use the lens.

Headlight, the Suzuki Vinson 500 2007 use the same lights. The plug is different. you would need to make your own plug to retrofit them.

Double check everything I say, this is the info I have but you will need to make some research ...

First, you might be able to do it without tools.

Clutch, if you have any impact tool, hold the clutch by hand and the impact tool will take care of the rest. If you don't, there's a tool for it, like that, https://gokart.maximum.parts/clutch-variator-remover-tool.html

As for the flywheel, again, you might be able to get it out without special tool, remove the nut and play with the flywheel slowly and it might come out. Otherwise you can use a tool like this one, https://gokart.maximum.parts/flywheel-puller-27mm-tool.html Depending on the size and thread, this one might work for your machine.

Again, you might be able to do it without tools / spending money. Check what you have around, you might have something that will help you do the job.
