Hi. New to the group. I have just bought a hammerhead gts250 bout 2 weeks. The previous owner said it needed a clutch. I have replaced the clutch and variator and belt with new parts from hammerhead performance. The problem I'm having is it still won't go in hi gear and it pops and makes noise in low gear. I have adjusted the linkage and it locked up in low range. What do I do next? Thank you for any help

Think you might need to tear into the gearing (right side of the motor). Sounds kind of like you have some torn up gears.

Check out this thread. Tells you all you need to know about the hi/lo gear issues with the HH250.
