Most of the water-cooled buggies use similar coolant bottles. You should be able to find one through the dealers listed on this forum.

If your engine is SOHC , it is a copy of the Suzuki F series engine and transmission found on micro cars and trucks out of Japan. If your engine is DOHC, it is a Chery engine and transmission based off Mitsubishi designs. Chery also sells cars outside the US that use this combination of engine and t...

If unbolting the shifter rod at the transmission still does not allow you shift the transmission at the case, you will have to open up the case to determine what failed. If you have been forcing the shift lever, the shift fork may be bent inside preventing the gears from sliding between positions.

From what I see, it is a similar gear box to a Roketa GK06 which is made by Goka. The engine is a CN250 and there are plenty of places for replacement or performance parts.

I have not seen a dual shock setup on a 250. Snap some pictures of the rear so we can see the gearbox and half-shafts.

I will not give up open cages and motorcycles, but it is nice to be in an enclosed heated cab when the rain and snow flies. I have someone trying to convinc...

Popping out of the carb is a lean condition, so check your fuel again. Maybe squirt a little fuel into the carburetor and crank it to see if it fires.

Make sure the tank vent is working and you are not creating a vacuum when you draw gasoline. Try the fuel cap off with the same run to see if it helps. The fuel petcock or your fuel filter may be the restriction. Disconnect the fuel line from the carburetor and dump fuel into a jar. It should have a...

You need to split the case of the reverse box. Inside will be a retaining clip on the shaft coming from CVT output.

This model has been out of production since 2009, so I doubt you find a new harness. You will need pull the original and build up your own using it as a reference.

Ou will need to split open the reverse assembly and look for a missing retainer clip on that shaft.

I use larger 6" filters which require a 90 degree elbow. If I stay with 4", I can mount directly without the elbow.

Yes, otherwise you need to convert your shifter to cable application. I thought the end piece of the shaft could be removed from the outside, but it's been along time since I looked at one.
