Try to adjust the arm that goes to the transmission. If you cannot get enough movement even with full adjustment, you will need to split the transmission from the engine to see if there is damage inside.

super working ;) thx guys
i have one question how can setup carburator a i have buy new one
and run on fully choke and i switch choke off than motor stop working anything setup for carburator which screw must i have setup?

That means your idle or pilot jet (the jet with smaller hole) is blocked. Using your choke, restricts the air enough to keep it running. This carburetor may be new, but there may be something inside the passages or jet reducing fuel flow.

Butt i can runing whit out choke but i must push pedal for speed than runing okay but i take off foot on pedál for minute is motor také off how can setup can you send mé diagram which screw ísť for what thx
