Double up the head gasket to drop the compression a little. You could double up the cylinder to case gasket if you don't have a second head gasket.

I lowered the guides and swapped the valvesprings on the stock head and put it back together with the cam. Compression is down to 220. It doesn't quite have the snap it did before but it seems to run pretty good. So far everything is holding together.
