It was nice to meet you and your brother. That was the 1st time I'd seen any of the single seat buggies. I kind of like them. Beef up that 125cc to a 150+ and that thing would beet most of them... It already rocks...

I like the name of the hill... that was a Blade? Hmm... We know Blade carts are good... I wonder what it could have been that kept that cart at the bottom of the hill..

It depends, if it was the 2 seater it was me, if it was the single that was tom.

I couldnt make it up because right at the turn i lost traction and just spun. I let adam try and he got stuck to so its not my fault.

Time for a big foot kit and a regear!

Nobody said anything about fault...

Ryan, get some ITP Mudlites and the cart will go up just fine... A mostly-stock Yerf-Dog (ITP Mudlites on rear and Blaster Shocks only) made it up just fine...

Traction is key to making it up <insert>.

I'm sure we'll have more discussions about this hill climb in other threads.

That hill is fun... and unperdictable... You'd be suprised at times about what buggies can make it up and what can't.

Your right Ryan, The mudlites aren't enough, at least in my opinion. They seem to do really well in mud, but not so good in anything else. (All the 4 wheelers in teh neighborhood are running them). On the 125 I have Maxis Razrs, (similar to ITP hole shots) they have given me good all around performance and I don't think I have ever gotten stuck w/ them unless the mud was deep enough to catch teh floorpan of the kart. The 250 has the new ITP trac star radials. They seem to get good traction on all surfaces, and the ride is way smoother than the stock tires. I put them on over the winter and haven't got stuck yet this year, knock on wood. Came close last week in a muddy stream bed. I was certain I wasn't going to make it. Couple of times I was slowed almost to a stop, but it kept going. It was about 30' of heavy mud w/ water running through it. Of course if it's deeper than the floor plan, I don't think any tire wll get you through. Also Made it up to the top of the rock quarry at the rally. Don't know if you found it. Everybody else that I saw try it got 1/2 to 3/4 of the way up and wound up stopped w/ the tires spinning, including the Razrs on the 125. The 250 w/ the trac stars went right up 4 or 5 times . I don't know for sure if it was the gear ratio or the tires, but I'm pretty sure it was the tires. The radials really aren't much more than the bias plys. They are also directional. If you put them on a 150 I think your donut days are over, the "bite" is that good!
