I had a previous fourm and gave up on the road legal buggy. I'm ready for just the good ol fashion dirt and sand.

Doonrunr sent posted a picture of his Sand Viper. I was impressed and had been hitting the web non stop the last few days. I want something that will do around the 50mph mark or be able to change a thing or two to get thier. I also want something as i have a heavy foot that will hold up and be dependable with out having to fix it every other day. I know theie is routine maintenance to be done. Last but not least it needs to have some ground clearance for the beach has some pretty deep sand and i don't want to be sitting there looking like a fool trying to get un stuck. I'm looking at the JOYNER 250-650 Sand Viper and another by ROKETA. I like the looks of both i I think the JOYNER has the upper hand. If anyone has one or the other how has it been for you. If one is better than the other which one is it. I want to get something the wife and i will be happy with. The last thing i need is her sitting beside me saying I told you so!!!!!!

Thanks
Ronnie West

i love my 250 joyner. i also have a heavy foot. its held up over some harsh testing. for the sand though i have not a clue. if only the 250 had a tranny that you could shift on the fly. i sujest the 650 or the 800. good luck

Crazed

Thank you for your info. I have read alot of forums the last day and a half. I have decided to go with a JOYNER. There are alot of people complaining of the price on this buggy. I want to pay now, have years of fun, and not be sitting at home waiting for parts to get going again. I have spoken to Glade and he has been so much help. I think we will go with the 800 right now.

Again Thank You,
Ronnie West
