Seems like the worst carnage occurs when we loan our buggies to others 
Some of my misadventures:
Not intended to be driven by inexperienced drivers chasing teenage girls:
Not intended to be driven into a tree by teenage girls:
Not intended to be run over by another buggy (snapped balljoint, replaced on site):
Maybe not intended to be driven offroad at all (Yerfdog):
Definitely not intended to be rolled over by the rollcage:
Of all these incidents only the missing Yerfdog spindle I would consider to be a defect. Trail abuse fatigued the weld and the whole thing eventually fell off. The fix (longer, stronger & reinforced bolt) should have been part of the original assembly. It would have cost only pennies more.
I'm always amazed how tough these little machines are. I bet I don't have more than $20 in repair costs in 2 years of frequent trail riding.

very true. of all the stuff I had to repair on my talon all was done by me. the only thing I had to have under warranty was the clutch exploded after only 3 months

I know, knock on wood, mine has held up pretty
good so far. As far as the weak points, if they break,
I'll just reinforce them better.
Ya, I did the broken finger thing too..... Hurts like
hell when it's cold outside! lol
