Well I got it to turn over. I drained the oil and need to know what type of oil and how much to use in it. Its got a lot of compression.

The brand really doesnt matter, but switching between synthetic and non synthetic is a no no.....I would consult the delaer or search online, as they do have a wet clutch and i believe oil will make a huge difference....Sorry i dont have the ultimate answer for you.... 8)

Naaaa. Decided not on the 4X4. To much money and it wont look right also maybe to top heavy. I ordered a Arms off a Kawasaki kfx400 and i am going to use a raptor 660's spindles and hubs to keep the front and back bolt pattern the same.

Does anyone know a better way to prep the frame for power coat than sanding it down? can i use some Bondo to fill some small pits? thanks

if you plan to use kawasaki arms i would certainly use kawasaki hubs and spindles.....generally the front bp never matches the rear on an atv anyhow.....

I need 12" rims if you can find me 12" 4/144 rims that would be great. I tried looking with no success.
