| < Off Road Go Kart & Mini Buggy Discussion ~ I need Brush Gaurd(roll bar) parts |

Well the brush gaurd/roll bar on my SunL Explorer did its job.
2 of the kids were out screwing around when they managed to roll it all the way. Funny thing is they rolled while making a left turn with the big kid(200lbs) on the left and the little kid(80lbs) on the right. I cant seem to get a straight answer as to what exactly happened.
Kids are fine, belts(4 point carter) and cage did the job.
The cage is damaged but not the kids.
I need some parts
The right side short bar(the one that comes from behind the passenger,90's to the side of the passenger and then angles down to where it is bolted to the top frame tube)
I also need the plastic cups that go on the ends
As well as a couple other cups and 6 saddle washers

You could just get the same size tubing and fabricate what you need.

Glad to here the kids are ok. dont know where to get sunl parts, but now you can make the cage better

Maybe there's another buggy maker with the same
roll cage that you can source the parts from.

Hey easy on the kudos! A healthy percentage of our members found this site because they were searching for parts, help, information, etc. that they couldn't get from their local dealer. If ALL dealers were like Glade, there wouldn't be any need for BuggyNews!

I refuse to buy anything from AB. So when I need parts, I find other sources.
