"A" beer? Stu, buddy these are melt in your mouth, almost better than sex ribs! ( I said almost) Very Happy . If canned adult beverage were allowed.... I just don't think 1 would be enough Laughing

I still plan to make it to Paddys, yes all the way from San Diego CA. $250 for gas, I wish, I estimate gas to be about $1,500 or so. It will be me and my son, the dog is staying with my parents. I will have my toyhauler and would like to camp around the group, has a place been decided were a group will be camped? I plan to be in the park as soon as I can on Friday. Looking at driving directions it looks like I will be taking the 40 most of the way starting in Arizona, anyone care to meet up on the way? So as to not get totally off the topic I will be bringing my Hammerhead 150 and maybe my new Joyner 1600. Eats will be fast and easy meals to get the more riding. Two more weeks.

DUUUUDE! Your coming from S.D. Ca.??????? Shocked Well the good news......"so far" Gas is about 2.89 per, here in Kansas City. As far as convoying.... we should hit St.louis about 10:00 A.M. on Friday. ( oh, leaving K.C. at 6:00 a.m.). And I'll be running I-70 to St.Louis, then I-64 to Ky.

Things have been crazy for me here at the office!!! We moved over the last week and Twisted Evil Evil or Very Mad RRRRRRR!!! what a mess!! I can't find Anything!! I don't even know if my persnal Buggies run!!!

BUT!! I will try to assemble some ideas and a scheduale in the next 24 Hours to post and see if anybody is game.

What I will say is that if we try at some point on Friday evening to meet up at my camper so as many of us as possible can get together, perhaps we can get some stuff going.

Sun doesnt' set until around 8:00 I think, so I think we may even be able to do some unofficial drags the first night... If anybody has one of those rolling gadgets to measure off distance speak up. we will mark off with cones a strip and have some casual fun.

I am thinking a Fire if allowed Both Friday and Saturday for sure after the sun goes down.

One thing I will say is that last year we were very spread out. I am going to be up top, not down by the lake (similar to where we were last year) because I am not dragiing my Toy Hauler down that Hill. (last year I ripped off a stabilizer) So even if we are spread out in the camping situation, lets try to pick a central place for a campfire, spread the word on the location and get together more!!!!!

I am bringing some Fireworks, and I am told some others are. We can decide on which day to do it.. Pipe in everyone. I am thinking Sat. and down over the lake.

Group photo is a must..

lets get as many of the Kids with karts together and have the ride in the drag area and get a group photo of the kids to..

I will get some ideas together and try to put a loose scheduale together. Then hopefully somebody will take it and run with it. THIS YEAR I AM RIDING!!!!

E-mail me if you have any ideas or a scheduale already made up, or want the project....

Stu

Yeah, the sun is setting around 8 in the evening a little later actually and it is HOT here. Over 90 degrees...so, everyone dress appropriately. You'll sunburn quickly too, bring plenty of sunscreen. It's supposed to cool down a bit next week, but it will still be plenty warm. Also, mosquitos are starting to come out. Bring plenty of repellant. I have 5 bites from just screwing around in the yard that are about to drive me crazy already. By next week there will be tons more out and hungry!

I like the idea of a central fire. Be a great place for everyone to gather and mingle. Maybe in the area up top where your set-up was last year. There's a low spot kind of like a ditch in the center of that grassy area that would be good. It's a big enough area where several campers could make a big circle around it. I was thinking near the lake at first, but there may be too many mosquitoes for it to be comfortable there.

I have a 100 ft wind up tape measure we can use if no one has one of those rolling measuring devices.

Keith
