I want to get a grasp of how widespread chinese buggy breakdowns are. I want to limit the question to frame and suspension problems--Engine issues are just too big a can 'o worms for this poll.
I have a Sahara 150, a Kasea 150, and a Blade 250, no problems with the frame or suspension. Nothing broke! _________________ Custom Buggy http://www.buggynews.com/topic13417.html

yeah but you're a BIG guy and you beat the $hit out of it, too
Despite all the bad press, in 2 years of rough trail riding the only thing that ever broke from "normal" use on my Yerf was one spindle. I did a lot of work to that buggy but it was all improvements, not repairs. _________________ _________________

I have had two faliures on the frame of two sunl 250s one on each in different places. but the biggest problem is the design of these buggies. they only have about 2 inch clearance in the back before they bottom out frame against frame. they put two shocks on to help i guess but that just makes the ride to rough and they still bottom out very easily. also they front suspention is so poorly designed that they push terribly in the corners and the toe-in cant be adjusted because when the tires are straight with no one in the kart as soon as someone gets in it toes in terribly as much 2 or three inches depending on the weight of the driver. Along with that the master cyclinder on both karts leak, and the steering tube was not properly supported so extra metel had to be welded in which help but doesnt totally fix the problem. Those are the big thinggs but there are numerous others. My point is that although there might not look like alot of difference in kart design one to another however I have another 250 that is head and sholders above these other two. Be careful ordering sight unseen or off the internet.

Had a yerf, broke both spindles two a-arm struts (at the end where the circular washer is that attaches to ball joint) and all the ball joints. Other than that just under powered.
