I'm new here, because my son just got old enough to start wanting and riding a 4 wheeler. I figure I'm going to need help, so I thought I'd post my experience to help some other guy out.
I got my kid a Sunl 110 for Christmas because the price was cheap and the dealer was local. When I got it home, I had trouble getting it cranked! I was afraid that I'd burn the starter up winding on it, so I got on the phone and called the shop where I bought it and they said bring it back.
I took it back and the shop guy said they had learned to replace the sparkplugs that came in all their stuff but they had missed mine. Long story short, he replaced the sparkplugs with a different (I assume better?) brand and I brought it back home. I broke down and gave it early cause he's going to be with his mom the week of Christmas and it's been starting and running like a top ever since!
So, if anybody is having those kind of problems give changing the plugs a try. Hope this helps somebody!

Unknown Chinese brand of plugs are prone to fail early. Motorcycle type engines run best on NGK or Nippon Denso plugs. _________________ PGO Bugrider 250, J.Costa transversal variator, Wileyco exhaust, K&N and modified air-intake system, Re-jetted CVK carb.
