OK, I can't take it anymore, everyone seems to be doing this so now it is my turn.

I got a hold of s Polaris 350L 4X4, 2 stroke with a PVT (same as our CVT):blastg . Water cooled, high, low, neutral and reverse. I am not going to attempt to make it a 4X4 though.

I got the atv all apart now, took the engine out of the Sahara and took the rear swingarm off. Getting ready to mount the 350 in somehow, strangely, the 350 is not too much bigger that the 150. It will fit nicely in there.

Here is the avt. I'll post more pictures soon.

No way man, I have a lot of money into that engine. Now I have a spare stock gy6 engine and a spare fully modded gy6 engine. Not sure what I will do with them yet. My wife still loves her 150 so now I have a couple back-ups I guess.

No, I will mount it the same way as the 150. Everything lines up nice, even the sprocket on the axle lines up with the tranny. Couldn't have planned it better if I tried. I'll get pics today for you guys.

Here are a couple more pictures. All I have done is cut the engine out of the atv and placed it in the swingarm to check alignment. Looks good. I will replace the axle sprocket with the Polaris axle sprocket. It will have a 12/34 tooth setup.

Now this picture you can see how perfect the tranny sprocket aligns with the axle sprocket. :bananadance That means less fab work for me.

Last one for now. Just look at the size difference between the 150 clutch and the 350L clutch.

Man what a difference with regard to the clutch. I think you are gonna feel the difference when it is all together.
