That's right, 2.50 for the stainless still shower drain tube and 2.50 for the 1.5 inch coupler, both widely available at home depot. The uni filter fits snugly over the lip on the end and it looks as good or better than the eastside 60 dollar thingy.

One could easily wield a bracket or just attack a clamp style bracket. I prefer cable ties for ease of removal still. It is very light weight!

the make of the uni filter is UNI, and you can get them at almost any ATV shop, If you can't find them let me know, I am a UNI dealer and can get you one , I carry 2" inside diam with 4" high pod.

Well, there ya go. 2 inch diameter UNI at literally any small engine specialist/quad dealer etc. 20-30 bucks. Got mine from Baron at the small engine specialist. His number is in the links section. Stu can set you up as well.

Is that a PVC coupler? If it is, did you have to cut slits in it so that the clamp could draw it down to the carb?

I'm about ready to try this and am just working on my shopping list.

If you get time, some pics of it mounted on the buggy would be cool.

Thanks in advance.

I order some of the uni kits from dazon 2 weeks ago and they sent me a filter a piece of 1/4 wall rubber hose and a 45deg water drain elbow and 2 clamps. I could have got all of that minus the filter a work for alot less... but know that I know this I'll order the filters in and make the rest up there also we have a tubing bender and all kinds of tubing there so I can play with some designs in my spare time :D

Haha... even dazon is doing it. Too much. Wonder if that was the buggynews influence? ;)

Read the first post again, it's up there, including widths.

Yes, Stu's uni should be fine.
