Looks like Friday is going to be awesome! Hopefully the nice weather will hold out for the entire weekend. We've had quite a bit of rain the last week, but that is a good thing! There shouldn't be much dust and if the forecast is accurate we'll have about 2 or 3 days before the bash for it to get dry and just right for riding!

Thanks for posting the forecast T. I've been thinking about what kind of weather we might be having for that particular weekend. I'm sure we'll all be watching the National weather on TV as we get closer to the ralley weekend but I'll appreciate it if you can keep sending us updates from your local forecasters.
Thanks,

Me too. It would be great if you can post the updated version every day for people to keep track. _________________ Custom Buggy http://www.buggynews.com/topic13417.html

Ha....it says, "plan a scenic drive" on Friday. Okay, how about a scenic drive in a buggy ripping through trails? _________________ Twister modded 150

That's my plan. I may not be able to do it on the weekends, my computer access is pretty limited then. Today is the first day they have shown the forecast for the 5th. It looks like it's going to be a really beautiful day!
It's almost here! We can't wait! We may even go ride at Paddy's this weekend!

PS. You won't believe how scenic! The only really large towns in KY are Lexington and Louisville. So, pretty much the entire state is rural and beautiful. You won't see much Bluegrass on this end of the state, but those of you coming from the eastern end should see plenty. Also, those of you that will be driving in the night hours please be mindful of the deer. Huge population here and they will pop out into the road before you have a chance to react. So, keep an eye out on the side of the road for them. _________________ Buggies....

Kentucky really is a beautiful state. There are some very wealthy horse farms on rolling hills with white fences surrounding the property. Not a boring state to drive through like Indiana. _________________ Twister modded 150

Guess I better make sure my trailer brakes are perfectly set.

No doubt that you will need them. I don't know which route you guys are coming down, but the Wendell Ford Parkway is notorious for deer related accidents. Drive in the left lane as much as possible to buy yourself a couple extra seconds if one comes out into the road.
I don't mean to freak anybody out, you guys probably have them as bad around your areas as we do here. Just wanted to remind everyone. Road fatigue will take it's toll on you after driving a ton of hours and make you not as alert.
