If I have not written or talked to you directly, and you are business representing yourself at the rally, please be sure to get an official legal business name to me so I can include it in the liablity waiver that will be signed by all people entering the park upon entry for our rally.
This includes... Manufacturers, Distributors, and Dealers... There may be some out there that are planning to attend, but I am unaware of, or have not heard back from.
Scott from QualityBuggys, for example, I am still waiting to hear back from you.
If I do not hear from your organization before Monday May 1st, I may not be able to include your company in time to make it on this waiver.

Also, those Businesses that have not volunteered or confirmed your desire to cotribute to the drink/water fund (large barrel full of soda/water as a free courtesy to those that attend) then please do so soon. To start off we are accepting $50 donations to the fund, and your company name will be listed as a part of the group sponsoring this. I'm sure everyone attending the Buggy Bash 2006 will really appreciate having the refreshments there.
