I wonder if it includes the truck they have listed for sale at $38,000?
$45K for the business doesn't mean much if it doesn't come with the ability to make the products that the company sells. The price does include a trailer and some miscellaneous stuff. It's hard to say if it's worth what he's asking.
If he doesn't have time to run the business now, my guess is he won't have time to train the person who buys it. He and the company would be better off selling it to an employee if he has one.

He originally asked $75K so he must have sold the truck separately. Federal sold only Sinister Sandsports rails built by Yoshi so going forward a new owner would have to negotiate new agreements or sell other brands. $45K is a lot for a trailer, a name & a website but no product but might be just the thing for someone looking to get into selling sandrails in AZ. Someone who can't invent their own image & brand identity!

Yeah, he's basically selling an image. The problem is, if tha timage is built on Yoshi's buggies, then you pretty much have to at least carry Yoshi's buggies to keep the credibility, don't you? And Yoshi isn't cheap. I just don't see how you would be able to take the brand name and shift from a top tier buggy like sinister over to anything else.....problem is, yoshi is $10k more expensive than a typical hayabusa buggy.
btw, I just found out federal was selling Yoshi's buggies at the buggy bash. I thought they were a manufacturer....

They did try to keep the source on the DL for some reason. It was the Federal Evo, Federal Uzi, etc. but Yoshi didn't hide the connection. According to the explanation Brian posted on GlamisDunes.com he's making big money running his home-based marketing business and Federal was just a distraction. He even joined here & posted his demo for sale--which was weird to say the least. How many BN members would be interested in a $49,000 sand rail?

Yeah, I would think that advertising Yoshi as your builder would be smart marketing, considering his reputation. I didn't understand the posting here, either. Those buggies are definitely out of our price range.
