yes it is true i live in the south and they drain the line ever so often and all they have to do is open the hydrant and that guy looks like he put a suspension on his truck so the suspesion was prabably beefier than the hydrant and id like to point out what an idiot tha looked like a nice truck he was prabably gonna get out and just sit on the hood and then he realized het couldent get back in and he was heading for a pole so he just jumped
