Hey guys, well since my buggy is up and running I want to get the reverse working! The cable snapped, so it currently doesn't work, and it has been this way for a while. I took the adjuster and cylindrical housing off and it looked kinda rusty so I opted to not mess with it. I was told it is better to not have reverse.. is this true?

Not having it SUCKS! Pushing SUCKS! Also, Where is the best place to buy a new cable?

It is NOT better to not have reverse - IMO. Any of the dealers on here can get you a reverse cable. Give BIGE (Eric at McDonough Powersports) a call.

Otherwise, there's reliable go-karts and hammerheadoffroad.com where you can buy them online.
