for the joyner 250 is there a bolt to leak out all the oil bc i think there is 1 but im not sure so if any of u no tht would be great and wat oil do i use for the airfilter and how do i use it for the filter do i just put it right on the filter

The drain plug is located on the bottom of the engine, almost directly under the dip stick. There will be a spring and small filter, just put them back in the way they came out. Filter oil is for a foam filter. From what I can see in your signature you have the stock filter. This filter is paper, unless the '08 went to foam so do not oil it, if infact Joyner changed it to a foam filter , then you would clean it and spray with filter oil. Paper fliters can be cleaned with compressed air, but must be periodically replaced according to your owners manual. Hope this helps, and welcome.
