Here are photos of my Manco 640L with a Robin/Subaru 265cc engine.Notice the boxy exhaust and air large air intake.Does anybody know how to modify the engine for more power?I should put this under engine clinic,but maybe you might have an idea. mancoman

Nice looking buggy Mancoman! You need a racing gokart exhaust. They are bent in the shape of a bugle, and you can have a silencer can welded on the end. I run one of these on my gy-6, so I know it can be custom made for your Subaru. The bugle design makes for a longer exhaust system, and that adds torque. The silencer can welded on the end gives the motor some backpressure and quiets things down a bit. All this is a plus! You will have to get someone make this for you if you are not handy with a bender and welder. Wrap it with heat resistant header tape and you're finished. I love mine and would not trade it for 2 MRP or Eastside or any other brand aftermarket made pipe. Wink
