Weve owned the 150 for about 2-3 years now, and it recieved a great deal of use, mostly hard driven doing trail time trials... about 6 months ago the drive belt blew apart and melted the ceremic spacers in the drive pully. we replaced the belt and the pully, but unfortuatly the carb was gunked up from sitting, after cleaning it a few times and draining the old gas out, we got it running again, to our dismay it has developed a problem since it was parked... from idle to about 2/3 throttle it runs fine without bogging or hesitation, however beyond 2/3's, when the throttle is opening up the motor starts to bog, hesitate, sputter and lose power. im wondering where i should start looking to diagnose this problem. all the jets have been removed and fully cleaned as well as the bowl and diaphrams, air cleaner is new, spark plug is new, and all grounds and wires are secured. if anyone has had this kinda problem before or knows any usefull info it would be greatly appreciated,
thanks,
justin

the first thing i would check would be the intake for leaks.
spray some carb cleaner or starting fluid down around and over intake.if engine sounds changes or dies out its leaking.
the other thing i would check is the two little wires plugging onto coil make sure they are tight and making good connection.theses things will cause the problems you are describing.

I was wondering if you got your cart fixed. I have a crossfire 150 that is doing the exact same thing I have changed the intake and o-ring and cleaned the carb out. Also went out and checked the wire connections and they were tight. If you fixed it please let me know so I can try the same thing Thanks.
I would double check the pilot jet, it supplies fuel up to about 1/2 throttle. remove it and clean the openings very good _________________ Blade buggies,Carter buggy's, ams (manco) , joyner, parts for almost anything
