I have a new ams carbide 150cc. I'm still in the break-in period, but I wanted to go ahead and gut the muffler or drill it out. I just don't know how.I plan on modifying the rest aroud x-mas when it is broken in good. Also when should i rejet my buggy? Any help would be awsome. _________________ 2008 Ams Carbide

Pretty much any time you change the airflow through your system you're gonna need to rejet.
And if you're gonna rejet anyway (from the exhaust mod), get yourself a new air intake filter (<$20) and do it all at once. You're gonna do it later anyway, so why rejet 2x?

You may not want to do anything to your buggy until after the warrenty expires...
Other than that, go for it....
You may want to think about going with a Supertrapp Muffler instead of gutting your stock one. I like to keep a spare around "just in case." _________________ Chris Dierkens
