I have the idea in my head I'm working it out on paper and how it will work. As soon as I get it worked out I will get it machined. This one is really cool and will work awesome with the sprockets.

Will be an animal when I'm done lol the goal of this one is to GAIN top end without sacrificing ANY bottom end. If it works... Wow with the extra torque from a sprocket. The theory works... Now to see if the cost works.

No, going to a small sprocket in the back would defeat the purpose of smaller in the front. You lose torque smaller in the back. This new idea may gain both bottom and top end but top end will gain for sure.

A different final gear set ratio (like in the GY6s)?

Larger pulleys on the variator and clutch to give you wider range?

Nope its something nobody has done yet. I could make one for gy6 though. I will let you guys know as things progress.. I don't even have a working prototype yet. Oh and rear sprockets on IRS are terrible to install took me 20 hours and I still couldn't get it apart... Tried that
