Hi all, have been a viewer here for a while and just bought a 07 Carter GTR 250 for $1,800.00 with only 8 miles on it. Brand new. Couldn't believe we got such a good deal on it. We bought a 07 TWISTER 150 last year and really liked it except for the power. Reading this site (fantasic site by the way) we dicided to go with the Carter 250 or 300 as a upgrade. Only have driven it up and down the street and hope to take it out in a couple of weeks to see if works as I have seen and read here.
We may do some mods and was wondering what ones you can buy themselves like maybe just the exhaust, or just the intake kind of thing. We'll probably do those 2 and add a carb as well eventually. Also wondering where I can buy those parts here in So Cal. Thanks for everyones help in advance.

Bought it on e-bay. The guy had it originally for $2400.00 buy it now with his reserve not met. Then it went down to $2,000.00 then ended up at $1,700.00 buy it now. We called him and he already had a buyer so we offered him $1,800.00 and picked it up yesterday. Can't believe no one jumped on it at $2,400.00. I was seriously thinking about it but glad we waited.
Yes I did see the buggy bash at OW and we were thinking about it but we are going TG weekend and I can't take any extra time off work right now. Hopefully next time. Hope you guys have a great time.
Thanks 913. Actually Mac is maccin on it . He saw some vidoes of it being jumped on u-tube and he can't wait to try it out in the dirt. I had to tell him the first couple times out are for breaking it in not breaking it so he'll have to be a little patient.
