Supertrapp is giving us a muffler of choice for our buggy which has a Chery 1100cc engine. These are the choices I narrowed it down to with what they have in stock.
Any experience or insight as to which muffler would work best on my application, and with those running a Supertrapp with an 1100 engine, how many discs would you think I would need to use?

The 423-20000 but I noticed in only came with eight discs, can you just add more discs to it, or would I be best going with the 422-25000 that come with 12 discs and use a 2" to 2.5" adapter. I have a 2" pipe now(actaully a 1 3/4" but we are looking at re-doing it to a 2")
I would go with the 25000.....You use the discs to fine tune to the engine characteristics you want....I think you'll find that 09 or 11 discs work best for the Chery....
Not sure how much you'll be able to feel but;
You adjust for the majority of riding and torque you want...More discs lessens and moves torque up rpm band and give more hp (louder too)....Less discs do opposit to some degree....I ran 10 discs on my 1100 Chery..... _________________ "Three can keep a secret if two are dead"
