Both are sponsors of this site and good resources for aftermarket parts. You can find links to their websites from the home page. I have purchased from both of them and they're both top notch. Hope that helps.

mgalarde, are you looking for more bottom end or more speed? when doing the cvt mods you will loose a little of one to gain the other.

what year is your hammerhead? does it have the high/low tranny? and what type of riding will you be doing.

Thank you just got it 08 Hammerhead I ride on roads to get to major trails in the daniel boone national forest so it is mixed. I would like to achieve the power to get up some of the long inlines and maintain speed. I some times need to slow to a stop and place it in low. I guess I need to be more patient. My wife and I were ATV quad riders for years now the buggy has a whole new fun pill man is that some fun sh_t. How much power is availible with these CFmoto engines? Can the trans handle? Thanks

yours does have the high/low tranny, so you would get more bottom end with 17 gram sliders or 14 or 13 gram rollers. it would help when on the high side of the tranny.

a main spring will help keep it in low gear longer and put more pressure on the belt to eliminate slippage. but you will loose about 3-6 mph top speed.

the tranny can hadle it, when doing the cvt mods you are making it change gears at a higher rpm. so there is no horse power gain just changing the way it shifts

Performance kit and 21 gram sliders is my advice I own the same machine. That combo eats up my other machine that has full cvt mods and 17 gram sliders. Climbs better and gained 7 mph top end too. Accelerates far better climbs better and more top speed have your cake and eat it too. However cvt mods will stack too.
