Hello all I have a 250 sahara buggy, I just picked it up a week ago, there have been no mods done to it. When I try and start it up it cranks and cranks until i Pump the throttle a bunch of times, It will turn over and start (while holding the gas all the way down) I can get the engine to run for 40 sec or so at max rpms(will not idle). After that it dies like its not getting enough gas. The carb is clean i just took it apart, I changed the fuel filter. Any help I would greatly appreciate it!!
is the fuel valve a vacunm type or just an on/off style? check the fuel filter make sure its pointed in the right direction and is clean.
check vacunm lines for cracks, check the connections at the coil, they will come loose but look like they are on good.

Have you adjusted the idle screw on the carb? _________________ Lance Charger 250s
