I have 2 joyner buggies, 1100 and 800 vipers, I am starting a database of broken output shafts, if you or someone you know has broken one or more please contact me via email;
Mbergs_1@charter.net

If I get replies and have interest I will proceed with making a better part.

Are we talking about the output shaft that connects to the two inboard CV joints?

I did read the post wrong , It does say output shaft.
I know there is alot of input failures and that is what we made an aftermarket piece out of good material.
Output's I dont know about. Confused

who is making the input shafts...they can more than likely help with the output (diff) shafts, I have a person working on it now
a colaberation may be in the best interest of all.....

I have a 650 SS and I broke the axle shaft near the wheel. If aftermarket shaft assemblies are available I would be interested in a set. RICK
