I am in the market for a 250 to ride with my 14 yo son. It would be used for trail riding and as an occasional hunting land vehicle. I am more concerned with turning radius, ground clearance, shock absorption, and reliability. Does anyone have any idea of the towing capacity?
Hello. Well, the Hammerhead website says 600lb tow capacity, which sounds feasable. I have a 4x6 trailer that I tow around (maybe 400lbs?) and it tows that without apparent power loss no problem. I actually chained it up and pulled my Honda Accord for a bit! I don't recommend that for long periods! I had a bet with someone that it could do it. Anyhow, that is from an HH perspective. I am not so sure about the Blades. Ground clearance is between 6-8 inches depending on where you adjust the shocks. The turning radius kinda sucks on my HH, but at least it has reverse. Hope this helps some.
