did you check your spark plug? get a reading... you can be running way lean with the new gear... I believe the jet that comes in that carb is a 128, which is no way near enough if you are running HP exhaust and carb... Get a reading off the plug and let us know how it looks... That'll get you pointed in the right direction!

You created a reduction in back pressure when you installed the new exhaust. By reducing the back pressure you created more flow and you are probably running lean on the top end.

You will need to rejet to correct. Check you current main jet size and then get a selection of jet 5-10 sizes larger(i.e. if your stock jet is a 112 then go to 117 to a 130). You may have to play with it a little bit to get the optimum but it should help.

check the spark plug first, to confirm you have a fuel issue. The spark plug is the easiest way to tell what is going on with your engine on the inside. If you just pull the carb and start playing with jets, you could spend a hundred dollars on jets before you find the right one...

Check the spark plug... If it is really white, then you need a BIG jet... my 32mm carb on a modded 150cc buggy is running a 145 jet currently... My mods are intake, riser, carb and K&N filter, and my exhaust is gutted to the max, plus I am running a cam...

You may need a 137.5 or you may bneed a 145 like me, but you wont know unless you get a reading on the plug...

Good luck Very Happy
