If you are talking about this, then you probably have a bad waterpump seal. If it's just the occasional drip from the weep hole on the bottom I wouldn't worry about it. Mines been doing it almost since new. You could try a LITTLE water pump seal conditioner/stop leak in the radiator. Haven't tried that myself so I don't know.

One of my HH250SS has also had this same leak since new and has not gotten any worse in almost a year.

I had this same leak on my HH250SS. The bolt you are referring to is the drain bolt for the cooling system. I fixed my leak by installing a red fibre washer under the bolt head. Worked a treat.

Be aware that when you remove the bolt have a container ready to catch the coolant that comes out.

I presume you will be able to get a fibre washer from the same type of stores in the US as we do here in Australia. Any auto parts store should have them. They are commonly used as sealing washers for oil drain bolts etc. (I have them installed in place of the copper sealing washers for my engine & transmission on my Hammerhead). Failing that, any hardware store should stock them in the plumbing section. They are also used to seal many fittings in household hot water systems. They work a treat because they compress slightly while still being fairly durable.
