Yeah. I have to find a few places to ride soon. Gonna try and work as much as possible for a bit to get the $$ to get the stuff! That sucks since the more I work the less time I have to play.... catch 22! But the sooner it is all paid for the better I hate having $$ on the Ccards.

Well I am adding the reverse kit to the Yerf Dog at the moment. I was missing pieces and they just arrived. Picked up a 16' trailer for free..overkill for this one buggy but by the end of the year I plan on having 2 250cc also.

I put off getting the new buggy until the end of August. I had to spend some $$ on getting the cars fixed, home repairs and I am getting a shed built. Looking at the Carter GTR, Blade XTX and Hammerhead 250SS. The new Phoenix 300 I am keeping an eye on too. Got time to think it out.

thats good stuff man...wow a 16' trailer for free..that would be my dream. for now i am just bumming rides with friends, it alright though.

yeah i just picked up the carter talon, it comes stock with the reverse kit and nice tires, 2 things that the yerf lacks, although i have already replaced all four of mine..haha. If you need some pretty nice trail tires let me know and you can have mine off the talon

if i were you i would just save for that pheonix, the suspension looks real nice and its not too big either.

well if you are lookin for a place to ride and dont mind driving 45 minutes then you should come ride with me once over here, good stuff.

I lucked out on the trailer. A friend of my dad's had one sitting in his yard he really wanted out of his way. He used it for his ATV's but bought an enclosed trailer with A/C n stuff. He said to come get it and use it as long as I need it. Of course now I have to store a 16' (bed length, tongue a few extra feet) dual axle trailer! It's HUGE!! Smile

I will check back on the Talon tires. After the reverse kit we are going to do the CVT mods and then the tires. A little at a time.

All 4 buggies have the independent rear suspension which is nice. The Carter is local so I have that benefit of having a place to physically go for parts/problems. Blade is a well respected company but so far no real reviews on the XTX. Hammerhead 250 SS is well liked here and the smallest which I like for the riding in the woods when there is no trail. The Phoenix 300 is nice but I am always wary of buying into a brand new model anything, too many unknowns but Kinroad has been a good company. All are relatively close size wise, a couple have hi/lo gearing but we have no hills here so no loss there.

45 minutes is not too far away. The same guy who had the trailer has some land to ride on around Pearl River (I think) so I am going to look into that too. Plus the ol' spillway is still there!
