 New Image Riders is located in Shelby Township Michigan. DO NOT BUY OR HAVE ANYTHING SERVICED at this place! Very unprofessional, RUDE, Incompentent, and just plain jerks. Owner has a good line of bullshit and his mechanic doesn't have a friggen clue! This is why people shy away from buying Chinesse products because jerks like these just leave you screwed. Bought a kart for my daughter she is 5 years old. nothing was tight when i brought it home.( after i had to wait 3 days to pick it up so they could go over the cart) what a JOKE!
Took it back because it over heated and would not stay running. When i went to pick it up the cart still wouldn't start. so another week went by and called to say it was ready this time. They were supposed to deliver it to my house but when i asked he said they didn't have the time. So he told me i could pick it up if i wanted so i went there and the place was closed and they just left my cart out side the building. NICE CUSTOMER SERVICE. LOL. My wife called to complain and he got very rude ( word i won't use on this site) . Please spread the word and DON'T GET SCREWED BY THESE GUYS! And for the dealers who acually have a clue Keep up the Good Work!

What brands does this dealer sell?
Reputable manufacturers/distributors (like Twister) don't tolerate rude/incompetent dealers.

Roketa, Sunl, Kinroad. I acually called kinroad corporate and this jerk never even registered the cart he sold us , or ever ordered any parts to repair it! It has been in the shop 3 times for the same problem. A new motor would have fixed it. The motor is only 280.00 and thats list price!!! You would think that a business would eat the 280.00 for the motor just to have a satisfied customer. This guy won't be around long!
