What approximate setting for my buggy with a 135 jet, uni filter straight off the carb and a completely guttet exhaust??
Any suggestions as it was about 1.5 turns open when stock
cheers

i don't know jamesjoseph i had to give mine a 1/4 turn for more gas over stock setting when i rejetted, on my 150cc.that made it start good, idle better and take care of a backfire in carb when coming from wide open back to idle.
when winter gets here i even give it a little more been doing that and it always starts and idles pretty good.
this is just a guess let your buggy warm up good so fuel enrichment (choke) has shut off.try a 1/4 turn to a 1/2
and see how it does, you might have to go with a bigger pilot jet if that don't help.
again thats just a guess maybe some of the guys running there buggys close to your set up could help you more on this.
good luck
