Some Ebay sellers are selling a 250CC Kinroad as street legal. It appears to come with street tires, mirrors, horn, lights etc. I know each state may vary, but I would like your opinion of this buggy. I hope this link works
If the seller is truly a buggy dealer, then he will be able to take care of the purchaser after the sale. It appears that the seller is merely a seller from reading the feedback. Sells a variety of items.
These buggys are not officially recognized in the US as "street legal". In Europe and Asia, they are. Here, they soon may be as people push for transportation alternatives.
Back to the EBAY listing.....the seller may be selling a version of the machine COULD be street legal if state and local governments allowed it. The seller is purposely misleading viewers of his listing and potential buyers by stating that it is street legal, that it will keep up to traffic(65mph is completely unrealistic as the buggy will only acheive 45mph). That is an all-encompassing promise to the potential buyer, leading them to beleive that all they must do is buy the machine and then get it licensed and insured like any other street worthy machine. In fact, they will most likely be told that"NO" they will not be allowed to ride on the street.
