Profaci, I would make sure your gas cap is venting properly. The exact same thing happened to my 250 it would run for a while then act like it ran out of fuel. I found that if I loosened up the cap it would run like a champ.
I would also check the petcock on the tank. If you have a vacuum leak or a messed up petcock it could do the same thing. _________________ ACE 250R2 uni with 125 jet, stock exhaust

I also had a new cdi which came with the replacement engine. I changed the cdi and noticed that the blue/white wire going into the cdi looked kinked because of how it was sitting in the electrical box. I straightened everything out and carefully checked all connections before putting the cover back on the electrical box. I ran the buggy for 10-15 minutes around the track and it didn't stall out this time. Hopefully this was the problem. I'll let you know if the problem returns. Thanks, as always, for the help. _________________ 2006 SUNL 150B, uni filter, lifan engine, 10 gram rollers, synthetic oil, ngk iridium plug, trailtech computer/ 2007 LANCE 250cc Charger 2 Seater, shaft drive, synthetic engine & gear oil, ngk iridium plug, trailtech computer
