Well in my opinion your going to get smoked by the 250 bike. On the other hand... You may have a chance against that 250 quad. My friends Honda 300 can go about 50. So if you can go 50 or faster then you should be good. How long is the track your racing on?

just an opinion, due to the size and weight of your buggy, and if the 250 quad is running a 5 speed trans, you would most likely be last...

The Joyners are tough as heck, but seriously obese. You are running a 1000lb machine agains a 500 or 600 lb quad and an even lighter dirt bike... Even is your 250 had a 5 speed, you are still at a huge disadvantage...

I would think a repower, major modification would be necessary to come even close... Bigger jug, head decking, bigger piston, stroker crank, and maybe you can beat out that 4 wheeler...

Good luck!!!
