I just got the uni filter, 125 jet, and the coil installed. It does make a difference, so far it has not hesitated. It seems like the problem went away for now. The muffler sound alot tougher.
Does anyone know where I should plug the vacume line coming off the valve cover, since I removed the air box to replace it with the uni, I dont know where to place that line.

Either run the valve cover line down under the engine with an open end or PCV filter on the end or run the line with PCV filter in between the layers of your UNI filter to burn off the excess emissions.

I was planning on changing the roller on the transmission to test it out, but it's shaft driven and I might have some trouble there.

you can still change out the rollers to lighter wons
even put in the 1500 torque spring (main spring)and clutch springs to change the clutch engagement.
its still cvt,you will have to be in it sooner or later to change worn belts and rollers.
just lighter rollers or sliders and the 1500 main spring will make a world of difference along with what you have already done.
is this the buggy you have

The buggy looks like that, but its a chinese model. It had the name GSMOON (xykd150-3) on it.
I guess I will attempt to find instructions on shaft drive in order to change rollers and springs. If you any one out there has a good instructions with pics and is willing to share it will be greatly appreciated.

I'll be out for a few days testing the kart. I going to a place at a higher elevation. I am hoping the kart runs good this time. I'll let you guys know. Thanks for all the help and hope to hear from some one regarding instruction on changing the roller on a shaft transmission.

I came back from the trip, to my surprize the kart ran better than it had and it impressed me on the climbing ability.
A few issues came up.
first thing:
As I was attempting to back the kart up hill, it began to smoke from the rear transmission vent. After a while the smoke stopped and the kart ran okay. I am curious what could that be?
Second thing:
All of the sudden after using the kart, I attempted to start it and it would not start. I gave it a boost and it ran good. that problems persisted on and off. I start on its own when it wants and it needs a boost. I dont know if its the battery or other problem?
third thing:
the hand brake would not engage. I adjusted the brake junction box or when the cable meet and it was loose. I place it back, but it keep jumping off dont know what it else to do?

First off have you ever checked the final drive oil,I would not trust that the factory put it in.Are you sure the smoke come from the trans and not from the stator area? As far as the battery goes put a full charge on it,and make sure your charge it no more than 1-2 amps usually a trickle charger overnight will do the trick. When the battery is charged full set your volt meter to 12v DC current and read your voltage it should be around 12.7 or higher than with the volt meter still hooked to the battery start the cart and observ the voltage while raising the rpm's to the point just before clutch engagement and the voltage should be 13.75 to in the 14's.If the vo;tage remains the same and does not rise above battery voltage either the rectifier or stator is bad or a wiring problem. You can give me a call tomarrow if you like. Glad to hear it ran good, hope you had a good time out there. TOM

the smoke could have been from the belt slipping since you were trying to climb a hill.
pull the brake lever bake and adjust the bolt on the rear caliper, loosen the nut and run the bolt in until the brake is engaged, the tighten the nut.
