I have been searching for an exhaust for the charger/challenger 250 and finally decided to do a custom job on one. I also installed a cone filter, new coolant, new oil, rejetted the carb, and upgraded my headlight fluid. Here are a few pics of the newest mods. Let me know what you think.

Sweet! I used the same headlight fluid in my riding mower. Burned a hole clear through my fence when I turned em on the first time.

The headlight fluid creates a high intensity beam in the headlights, that apparently should not be aimed at fences. It is extremely expensive. Thanks for the complliment on the exhaust Big E. I had to use the stock header, so I sandblasted it then had the local muffler guy weld it on to the buggy. He traded a ride in the cart for the job. Best trade ever. Then I brought it home and did the ceramic. Well, its not really ceramic, it's the flameproof header paint you can buy for 8 bucks at your auto parts stores. It's a much deepre throaty tone, and definately an improvement over stock. And IMO looks trick as hades.

pud, I tried it last night, and broke my wrist!!! Powerful stuff. It was definately a light beam, like in those laser shows. I trimmed my trees soon after. Laughing
