Ok I've never been to Ocotillo before and was planning on bringing just my Bighorn tires, now I see your talking about A sandy blowy hill. Should I be bringing paddles also? What is the camping area like? Dirt - sand?

I have plenty of LED unbrakable lit whips in stock for under $35 each. Let me know if you need one. I can also bring them to the rally although I don't like going to these events for business only for fun and comraderie (It is my chance to get away too you know). Anyhow, let me know if you are interested in the whips and I reserve one for you. These run on either 9 volt battery or your vechicles 12 volt power supply.

Sorry same here bee offline for several weeks almost 2 months.
My wife is going to use our car for a charity event.
If all goes well no damage we will be able to make the event
I am hopeing.

I dont want to say so for sure as we will bring the race car as the play car is not done.
So I will leave me as a maybe.

It sounds fun and I can not wait either.
The parking and flat areas are all dirt with some bushes no paddles. Just a couple hills have sand but you need nobbie tires to drive to them and will not carry paddles just to change to play on the sand hills. So everyone will all have nobbies and equally matched up.

Its a dirt place with rocks, hard pack mostly but some river bottoms to play in on one side of the highway and hills and smaller places to go on the other. Some semi flat areas I have not been all over it and went a while back so my memory fails me now on what all is out there and what all has changed.
But be ready for just good old fashioned dirt.

Wink

I like the events and just good old fashioned night runs etc.
Sounds fun.
I look forward to it an again hope I can make it.

Tut.
Very Happy

I have easily run all weekend on the 9volt battery (nights only) so I don't think that will be a problem. They do have the typical bold mount on the bottom although if you are looking for a flag mount we have those also ($9.95) which clamp to your round tubing horizontally or vertically on your chassis. Anyhow, Let's see some more join. The more the merrier. This is going to be alot of fun. And we are still open to suggestions on the Rally as far as prizes go for the events.

A 300cc Kit as a prize is not a bad idea. Maybe to break it down and spread the wealth over different events we could do gift cards that way if someone wants a 300cc kit or an Exhaust they have their choice. Also, we are working on a new exhaust for the 250/300's with MRD-Exhaust and are no longer waiting on Big Gun as we have now been waiting 6 months for our production. MRD will be a bit more pricy because they build each one by hand yet it will be top quality.
