So, over the fourth of July weekend, I received four blaster shocks that I got very cheaply on ebay. They were banged up quite nicely and different colors. After hours and hours of stripping, sanding, sandblasting, and cleaning, I powdercoated them all red and installed them on my Charger. The ride is completely different! No more bouncing out of the seat, not as much side roll, and it soaks up the potholes in the trail much better now. I also installed an adjustable mrp cdi, and an upgraded coil. I also did a little decorating while I was waiting for the powder to bake, and then cool down. So far that is the extent of my mods. Next up will be sliders, intake, exhaust. I want to do wheels but can't find what I am looking for. If I knew how to post pics, I would add a few.

I can do small parts for anyone that ay want to powdercoat something. I don't run a business but, would be willing to hook up people of similar interests. I can powder parts that would fit in your household oven. _________________ Lance Charger 250s

for your next mod you should get your electronics out of your engine bay this makes a huge diffrence in the look of the kart.
I built boxes for mine behind the seats, it's not expensive and just requires a little time with a soldering iron and welder. It will allow the electrial bits to stay dry and not to have the shock they would being mounted on the rear section.
It also gave me room to mount dual batteries.
