Or just mount a fan blowing air onto the head. That is what some of the oddy guys do and it beats going to a water cooled head.

remember a liquid cooled motor not only cools the head but the whole block! engine noise is also down.If u r going to do a swap and spend the time make it the best u can and I should'of is out of the question.why did the oddys go to liquid??

Hey billy!!!! I got a nice old polaris 530 sittin in my shed with twin carbs, dual ignition, clutch and header/pipe! its and oldie but a goodie, good compression, good spark, ready to go!!! I was thinking the same thing... but then i had some $$ issues.
The hardest part about the 2 strokers is getting a good belt and finding a jackshaft system that works, or a decent transmission, and figuring out how to mount it!
I have that rolling chasis from tomberlin in my yard still, been thinking about selling. I cut the swingarm already to start making my own moutns and such, but like I siad b 4... $$$ talks... Im walking... lol
If you dont want to destroy that Dune Machine, we could work out something for the kart and motor if youre interested!
