We broke the right drive shaft out of the Joyners trans (manual says "1/2 axle out of differential"), this gives me hope, as they have combined the diff to the transmision case could there possibly be some gear swapping, as to ratio, if the trooper has same shaft size ??
I know this has been discussed before (lower ratio/speed), just wondered if anyone had come up w/anything ?? as Im not the only person interested in having the gearing reduced for more of a user friendly buggy in Less than Wide Open riding conditions, & now would be a great time (as I'll be tearing trans. apart for repairs).
Anything new on this ?? if not Glade @ Edgepwr.com... you R probably gonna hear from me soon for a parts order.
Thankx in advance,
The only parts that could cross would be from the 650 Commando. They utilize the same components only the Commando is lower geared.
So is this doable ?? Aprox. how much lower geared ? What parts do I need ? Can you get these parts ? _________________ Team Farm...
