I have the itch to build me a buggy and I have three different options for a motor. I have a 10hp techumsi / 12.5hp kohlar/ 110cc honda engine(from a 3 wheeler). I have been reading all topics and most agree that the commercial motors are not designed for cart use but it is what I have.
I have a frame that was given to me and I mocked the 110cc engine to it but I am stumped. With the design of the engine I have to run the chain straight out the back of the engine which will make the axle have to sit behind the motor. I am thinking this is going to make the cart extremely long.
I will post pictures later.
I am still considering finding a buggy frame to put this motor on. Does anyone have one or know where I can get one. I would love to build a frame but I do not have a bender or shop big enough to start a project like this. (too many toys and not enough places to store them) I would like to find a single seater.
Any thought [/list] _________________ 150cc Rocketa

I would use the bigger of the two industrial engines, the 100 just wont get it done. I have thought about building one also. but might get a single seat frame and put my 300 in it. _________________ Blade buggies,Carter buggy's, ams (manco) , joyner, parts for almost anything
