Hi, there I been all over the Internet looking for parts with no real success. I bought this Buggy from a guy named STEVEN PURCELL he said he was a supplier, checked with my local Kingman Motorsports and they verified that he supplied them their karts and parts and was a good guy. Well on the way home the kart didn't get hot or at least the temp gauge didn't show more than 2 bars. I blew the head gasket, I called Steven Purcell the next day he said that he was sorry and said that he would cover the part and get the part out to me. Well here we are more than three weeks gone by and now Steven Purcell cell phone is now disconnected. I keep using his name so that if you run into anyone with this name beware. He also has skip out on the Kingman Motorsports (this was as of Friday 6/20/07) my understanding he has their money and has not delivered their product, lotsa of money...
So I'm looking for parts Head Gasket (radiator will not hold water, and water on the plugs), Ignition Switch (you have wiggle the switch to start the kart), Fuel Sensor (gas leaks out of the top of the sensor on tank), and User Manual. Also does anyone know if I can put a tack on this kart?
I have been told it's a GK-40 with a Suzuki Engine this is the information I found on the kart. Name on Valve Cover HUAIHAI 75JMX080FG, on the Intake/Fuel Injector cover 1008020DK060706, on the Eng Block HH3680A1* 0701055* and HH36S. I have attached a picture of the kart.
Any Help I can get will be appriecated. Thanks

I would talk to Dave at awsomebuggy.com, call and ask for him, he runs a good organization. I have bought parts from him on occasion.

Also, do a search here for a guy that goes by Westcoast. He is very knowledgable on the 800, and has done a lot of customized and performance modifications on the 800cc engine.

Good luck.

Chris
